My name is Greg Schwartz, and I am honored to be your State Representative. I am trained as both a doctor and a lawyer. As a primary care physician, I have always been able to help people one-on-one, but in the legislature I now have the chance to address the systemic challenges that shape our health and well-being. I believe health is not limited to medical care—it is connected to the environment, public safety, housing, education, and the economy. My goal is to bring this broader perspective to policymaking and ensure that the needs of our community are heard. I welcome your thoughts and encourage you to be in touch.
Expanding Access to Primary Care
I was honored to give my inaugural speech on the House floor in support of a primary care bill that increases investment and makes it easier for people to get the care they need.
The bill, based largely upon a bill I filed earlier in session and its Senate counterpart, passed unanimously.
